Technical services

If you are an exhibitor at a trade fair organised by the MTP Group, you may order technical services in the Exhibitors' Zone or bestow the entirety of services of your stand upon the IDEA Expo team.

It is the simplest way to receive a comprehensive offer covering an individual design of a stand and all services necessary for efficient operation during the trade fair. At the same time, you receive the care of a dedicated consultant and technical service during the event.

Beside the construction of the stand, the scope of technical services offered by us includes:

• Installation of the following connections: power, water and sewage as well as compressed air,
• Suspending elements to hall ceilings,
• Installation of telecommunications and IT connections,
• Rental of stand equipment,
• Forwarding services for exhibits
• Stand cleaning

Technical services must be ordered directly in the Exhibitor's Zone if:

• You are building a stand with your own effort – By yourself or through another contractor

• You are making a package order – You have ordered space with a standard stand design according to ready designs, and you need additional equipment. In this case please log in to Exhibitor's Zone, choose  SHOP, and panel "Developed area - additional equipment"

In case of any questions, you can contact the MTP Technical Service team, which coordinates all orders, directly. Beside advice, the Team also handles current orders directly before trade fairs and, and during exhibitions in halls no. 3, 5 and 7 during stand construction period.
