Suspending of elements
In the interest of safety, MTP makes the performance of services in certain halls dependent on the season of the year, dividing the calendar year into the winter period from 1 November to 31 March (unfavourable weather conditions, e.g. snowfall) and the summer period.
The possibility of suspending structural and advertising components to the ceiling structures of the pavilions within the stand is specified in the table of permissible loads on the flat roofs, attached as Appendix No. 2 to the "Technical and Fire Safety Regulations".
The offer includes:
- Suspension and attachment of a steel cable with the maximum load capacity of 50 kg to the pavilion's fixed structure with suspension of the Exhibitor's components
- Suspension and attachment of a steel cable with the maximum load capacity of 50 kg to the fixed pavilion structure without suspension of the Exhibitor's components
- Supply of electrical connections to a suspended structure with the necessary power:
- 0,1 - 3,0kW (1x16A)
- 0,1 - 9,0kW (3x16A)
- 9,1-14,0kW (3x25A)
- 14,1-18,0kW (3x32A)
- 18,1-36,0kW (3x63A)
To perform the service, in addition to its order, it is necessary to specify
- structure type
- height of the structure's fixing from the floor [m]
- structure weight
- date of delivery of the structure
- contact to the contractor of installation (mobile phone)
and send to tech
:
- stand cross-section drawing
- stand plan with marked points (dimensioned X,Y) in which the cords are to be suspended
- stand orientation towards adjacent stands (outlines and stand numbers)
Without this information we are not able to verify the feasibility of the suspension service.
